I'm looking for a HD 720p camcorder in a store in Cincinnati at most $60? $65 is ok but $70 is a little steep.
Preferably with image stablization as well

I want to make sure that the Polaroid HD 720p USB Digital Camcorder has a built in camera in it that takes pictures aside from shooting videos before I purchase this product. I looked online at the Polaroid website and the information gave about this product sounded pretty vague. Please advise. Thanks!
