Hello i want to know about a digital camera that i can actually buy in a store like walmart, target or best buy with good video quallity and no over 350 dollars thank you guys :)

Q. can you tell me if the Kodak PlaySport (Zx3) HD Waterproof Pocket Video Camera has av in it has av cables i just cant tell if that means i can record my screen

This Kodak Playsport only has an AV OUT so you can play video on your TV, but you can't record from the TV. I attached a link that has it's overview as well as the user guide pdf.
