So I want to ghost hunt and i really need is a camcorder but I dont know which is better for it.
Because I heard full spectrum u cant see with it and IR i basically dont really know what that is.
So like the show "Ghost Adventures" how do they get that green and how come they can see through their cameras screen?
Also like i just want a camcorder thats how do you say it like i want to see out of the screen so i dont walk into stuff but i also would like good quality camcorder.
Also can camcorders have those fluffy mics that are long like on ghost adventures?
So pretty much my question is
Which camcorder is the best for ghost hunting please give a link to it like on amazon.
Look I just dont want to make a bad purchase for a camcorder I dont know about.
Please just help and give a link a a good camcorder on amazon or ghosthunting website.

They are using night vision cameras that's why the video appears green. I have no idea about what camera you should buy but I would suggest spending as little as possible. You need to take these shows not with a grain of salt but a bucket, why? Every single paranormal show that produce video of a ghost or whatever, the quality is very poor. A low end cell phone can produce a better image or video so why are theirs so distorted? I'm not implying ghost are not real, I'm simply trying to convey to you to use common sense, my two cents

Is the JVC Everio a good ghost hunting camcorder?

Answer
That depends.
Are you looking to point the camera at biker with a headlight, then claim it's a ghost? If so, it should be good for that because doesn't perform well in low light when you'd be doing your "hunting".
On the other hand if you're looking to film legit ghosts, I'd look for something with a little bit better low light performance.
Happy hunting!
