i have a samsung HMX-F80 but you cant swap the camera lens so i was wondering if i could just kind of stick a fisheye lens on over the top of the actual lens? Thanks!

Answer
it would have to be 100% aligned and sealed from light leaking in, so it might be worth asking your camera dealer if they have any thing to connect and seal these two.

Where to place UV filter Behind or In front of lens?

I have two lens for my HD camcorder, Each lens has a different thread so will need to purchase two lots of filters.

Or can I just place the UV/PL filters directly on the camcorder and then attach the lens on top?

Will this affect the way the picture looks?

Thanks

Answer
You need to put the filter on the front of the lens. Putting the filter in between the lenses is defeating the purpose of the filter (will lose the protective feature of the filter as well as the effectiveness of the filter).
