Hi to our Italian friend:
Both those cameras are inexpensive clip-on "spy camera" size models made in China. The first model (the "Mini DV D005") I've seen sell on eBay for as little as $20 USD. The other one (the "Mini DV MD91") is usually listed as a "AEE" brand for around $80 USD, but probably isn't worth even that.
There are YouTube reviews of both, and before buying what I'd consider a "no-name" brand gadget from an unknown Chinese manufacturer or seller, I'd look at some test footage on YouTube that others have shot.
I'll poke around and see if I can see something from both of these. My first-impression (just from selling price) is that the MD91 might be better, but they both look almost identical, and might be the same chassis with different "model numbers".
For the same money as the MD91, you could find a Kodak PlaySport Zx5 (selling new for $79, when in-stock and on sale; and cheaper on Amazon.com and other places). The Kodak models are built with shockproofing and waterproofing, which are good for Moto sports shooting.
