Live piano on a grand, not a digital. Which camcorder would give me the best sound quality for a youtube video, perhaps?

Consumer-grade camcorders don't record audio very well. They have such small microphones and some are only mono and not stereo. Plus you have no control over balance and gain of the audio. One better-than-nothing suggestion is choosing a camcorder with a microphone jack and using a good quality mic will help a lot. But the best way to record audio, especially piano is with a audio recording device, like a Zoom H4n or other recorder. Using a recorder with allow you to balance the inputs and set the proper gain. And you can use more then one microphone (channels). You still shoot your video but use the audio from the recorder to replace the audio of the video in your video editing program. The use of field recorders and mating the audio to film is done all the time in major motion pictures.
A less than appealing video will be acceptable if the sound is appeasing. But a great video with bad audio is very unappealing.
